Gym Owner/Coach
Nikki Medlock
Nikki began her cheer career in 1991 as a peewee cheerleader. She has also cheered competitively and done high school cheer. She started her coaching career in 2002 with West Express Cheer Company in Dallas, TX, where she coached the Senior level 3 team. She also coached the 10U level one team Princesses at Sierra Vista Elite for two seasons. Team Princesses won JAMZ NATIONALS in 2022. She loves to see how much the athletes learn and progress throughout the year. She earned her ADN RN from Cochise College in 2023 and is currently pursuing her BSN from ASU. When she's not working or at the gym she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. Nikki has a wonderful husband Glenn and three beautiful children: Jordan, Savannah and Harrison.

DeeDee Rodriguez
DeeDee started coaching sideline cheer in 2014. She continued to that for 4 years. She went on to help coach competitive cheer for 3 years. She has coached ages 5-14. She loves to help the athletes improve their skills and encourages them to be the best version of themselves. DeeDee was born in Tucson, AZ and raised in beautiful Sierra Vista. She married her high school sweetheart and they have 3 beautiful kids, 2 girls and 1 boy. When she isn't on the mat coaching cheer, she is cheering on her son while he plays football or in track. She loves spending time with family and friends making memories that will last a lifetime.

Brenda Colon
Brenda was a cheerleader from elementary through high school. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master's in Business Administration from Western Govern's University. Brenda has coached and volunteered in various girls' sports and clubs since moving to Sierra Vista in 2015. Brenda and her husband Andres are college sweethearts and have been married since 2011. They are the parents of the kids, Xenia, AJ, and Camila.

Jordan Medlock
Jordan began her cheer career in 2018 when she made the Humphrey's High School Varsity team as a Freshman. Jordan was previously a gymnast before switching to cheer. Jordan moved to Sierra Vista, AZ in 2019 and made Sierra Vista Elites level three team, Reign for the 19-20 season and a Varsity cheerleader at Buena High School . For the 20-21 season, Jordan was on Sierra Vista Elites team Reign and Team Empire and a Varsity cheerleader for Buena High School. For the 21-22 season, she was on Sierra Vista Elites team Reign and team Dynasty and was the Captain for the Varsity cheer team at Buena High School. In 2022, Jordan became the first cheerleader to be recruited for D1 cheerleading in Sierra Vista. Jordan became the first signed D1 cheerleader from Sierra Vista, when she signed with Appalachian State in Boone, NC. Jordan spent the 22-23 season cheering on the App State Mountaineers on the All-Girl Cheer Team. Jordan's specialty is main base and tumbling. When she is not at school or cheering, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family.

Abby Saylor
Abby began her cheer career in peewee cheer at the age of 6 and progressed to All Star cheer at Sierra Vista Elite, where she was part of the inaugural team, Royalty. Abby won two National titles with team Royalty. For the 21-22 season, Abby moved up to Sierra Vista Elite's level three team Reign and level four team Dynasty. For the 22-23 season Abby decided to take the year off and focus on her studies. Abby was also Coach Nikki's junior coach for two years with team Princesses and helped coach them to their first JAMZ National title in 2022. Abby is very versatile as a cheerleader, she can be a main base, side base or back spot. When Abby is not at school or cheering, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Junior Coach
Liana Leon
Liana began her cheer career when she was 5 years old and continues to cheer today. She began in peewee and progressed to All Star cheer at Pinnacle Athletics in Tucson. She then moved to Sierra Vista and joined Sierra Vista Elite on team Reign and team Dynasty for the 21-22 season. For the 22-23 season, Liana decided to try school cheer at Buena High School. She is only one of two Freshman to make the Varsity team. Liana can serve as a main base, side base, flyer or tumbler when she cheers. When Liana is not cheering or in school, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
